J&J Worldwide Services Service Order Supervisor in Ft. Sam Houston, Texas

General Summary

Oversees Work Reception Center (CRC) staff to ensure customer requests for service on articles or utilities are responded to timely and with acceptable customer services

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages team of Work Order Clerks to include scheduling, discipline, work performance, etc.

  • Records information, such as name, address, article to be repaired, or service to be rendered.

  • Prepares work order and distributes to service crew

  • Schedules service call and dispatches service crew.

  • Calls or writes customer to insure satisfactory performance of service.

  • Keeps record of service calls and work orders.

  • May dispatch orders and relay messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments, using radio telephone equipment.

  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction and passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.

  • Strong decision making and analytical skills.

  • Strong work ethic and team player mentality.

Work Experience

  • 2 years experience Possess formal training on the operation and use of DMLSS-FM system with experience using DMLSS in a hospital or clinical setting

  • 2 years experience in a dispatch or similar customer service center position.

  • 1 year experience in a customer service center supervisory position.

Education, Licenses and Certification

Required:

  • High School Diploma
