J&J Worldwide Services Accounts Payable Specialist in United States

General Summary

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of three years of progressive work experience, be detail-oriented, and organized, and be able to work independently in a very fast-paced and goal-based environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review all accounts payables vouchers for accuracy, ensure approvals and appropriate backup documentation.  Ensure all invoices are processed to ensure timely payments to vendors

  • Analyze, resolve, and respond to inquiries presented by internal and external customers in a timely manner

  • Assist in payment reconciliations

  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements

  • High school diploma

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs.

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member

  • Perform accurately in a fast-paced, goal-based environment, and ability to adapt to a growing business

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive work experience in Accounts Payable

Education, Licenses and Certification

Required:

  • High School Diploma
